Hot Spicy Shrimp Meal

In Honor of our Godfather D, and for the belly of the hungry mother to be, we have made a hot spicy shrimp meal!
Note that Hot Spicy foods are aphrodisiacs and we hope to inspire D to make his own child too! However, we are convinced that at all stages D will act the same age as our child and perhaps the child will not need other 'children' around to play with.
Recipe for 2 - if you eat like a momma and your dadda is 6 feet tall
2 onions
2 'skelides' (cloves of?) garlic
2 red peppers
3 tablespoons of oil
4 tomatoes
1 teaspoonful of thymari
1 teaspoonful of dried basil
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoonful of sweet red pepper ( given to us from Antonis from Florina who himself is a dadda)
1 teaspoonful of tabasco (yes, one spoonful!!!)
450 grams of large shrimp (tiger shrimp) in their shells
Cut onions, garlic and peppers in small pieces.
Peel the tomatoes (I put them in boiling water for 20 seconds first to make it easier - the water we used to boil for the rice) and cut into small chunks.
Saute the onions, garlic and pepper in the oil for 8 - 10 minutes, put in the tomatoes and spices for 15- 20 minutes on medium heat, put in the shrimp for 10 minutes.
Served on Jasmine Rice.
